Growing up in a union town instilled in me a strong belief in the power of organized labor and the importance of protecting workers’ rights. I’m committed to fighting so that every worker has a fair opportunity and is treated with dignity and respect.

During her 30-year tenure as a transitional first grade and first grade teacher at Florence-Carlton School, Lisa played a vital role in keeping our school community vibrant and teachers’ union strong. Her passion for equality and respect for teachers and of the teaching profession itself is unparalleled. She is a true civil servant and will support those who need it most.
